Family Care services is a non-Medicaid program funded by the State of Texas. It provides Activities of Daily Living for people who are 65 years and older, and people who are severely disabled. Some of the tasks provided for qualified individuals include bathing, include bathing, dressing, laundary, shopping, grooming, transfer, escort and assistance with medication.
